摘要 在研究轴突导向分子Slit及其受体Roundabout(Robo)轴突导向功能过程中,发现Slit/Robo信号同样参与血管新生及内皮细胞迁移的调控。但Slit/Robo信号究竟起抑制还是促进作用目前还存在争议,该文从抑制和促进两方面对Slit/Robo信号在血管新生及内皮细胞迁移中的作用进行综述,以期进一步探讨Slit/Robo信号在该领域的功能研究。 In the process of researching axon guidance molecules Slit and its receptor Robo, it was found that the Slit/Robo signal is also involved in the regulation of angiogenesis and endothelial cell migration. It is still unknown, however, whether the Slit/Robo function is to inhibit or to promote. This paper reviews the role of the Slit/Robo signal in angiogenesis and endothelial cell migration from the aspect of inhibition and of promotion.
