摘要
纯钛因其具有优良的生物相容性、耐腐蚀性以及相对低廉的价格而被广泛地应用于口腔各种修复体的制作,尤其是口腔种植体的制作。但是纯钛在高温下易氧化,在钛表面生成一层过厚的而低附着力的氧化膜,而且钛与瓷粉间热膨胀系数不匹配等因素导致钛-瓷结合强度较低,从而限制了纯钛应用于烤瓷修复体。因此,关于提高纯钛与瓷粉之间结合强度的研究成为一个热点。本文重点对提高纯钛与瓷粉之间结合强度的表面处理技术(喷砂、预氧化、涂层、粘接瓷、化学处理)研究进展进行综述。
Pure titanium has become popular in oral restorations because of its excellent biocompatibility, low cost high strength and corrosion resistance. However, the tendency of high-temperature oxidation of titanium and the discrepency of thermal expansion coefficients between titanium and porcelain limit its use in PFM restorations. Therefore, the research to enhance the bond strength between pure titanium and porcelain has attracted much attention recently. This paper presents a review on the research of the surface modification of titanium.
