摘要
办好河南开放大学,需要建设一支高素质干部队伍。开放大学的本质属性与四个特征决定了干部队伍素质建设的必要性。新形势、新任务对干部的思想政治素质、道德文化素质、业务素质和身心素质提出了新要求。建设高水平的开放大学,需要中层干部做到"四个正确对待",练就"四项基本功"。
The success of Henan Open University requires the construction of a contingent of cadres with high quality. The nature and four characteristic of Open University determines the construction necessity of cadre quality. New situation and new task raise the new requirement for Cadres＇ Ideological and political quality, moral and cultural quality, professional quality and physical and psychological quality,. To build an Open University, the cadres should do ＂four treating correctly＂ and develop＂four basic skills＂.
