摘要
特大型商业建筑具有大空间、非对称、全封闭等特点,其消防设计尤其是人员安全疏散设计面临着新挑战。以武汉市某特大型商业购物中心为例,分析其人员安全疏散设计难点,提出性能化设计解决方案,包括准安全区、防火隔离带、分阶段疏散策略、智能疏散指示系统等,并用STEPS软件验证消防设计的可靠性。提出人员安全疏散设计的几个新思路。
Oversize commercial buildings have large space, and are asymmetric and totally enclosed, so their fire design, especially evacuation design is facing new challenge. Taking an oversize mall in Wuhan as an example, problems in evacuation design were analyzed, and performance based design plan, in cluding quasi safety zone, fire barrier, phased evacuation strategy, and intelligent evacuation indicating system were put forward. STEPS was used to verify the reliability of the fire design. Based on the analysis, new ideas on evacuation design were proposed.
