摘要
结合武汉绿地中心塔楼项目,采用人员仿真软件对传统疏散体系及新型疏散体系进行模拟,在提供定量可视化结果对比的基础上,分析采用高速穿梭电梯作为辅助疏散的新型疏散体系的可行性。建立仅用楼梯疏散和利用电梯辅助疏散的场景模拟疏散,疏散时间分别为2h27min和1h49min。针对火灾时使用电梯的主要危害分别提出辅助疏散电梯分区设计及电梯井本身的防火、防烟、防水、供电保障、应急管理等多方面的改进措施。
Combined with the Wuhan green center tower, traditional evacuation system and new evacuation system were simulated to analyze the feasibility of evacuation with high-speed shuttle elevator as assistant based on the presenting of visible result compare. Scenarios of evacuation with only staircase and evacuation with the assistant of elevator were set to simulate the evacuation, the evacuation time of them were 2 h 27 rain and 1 h 49 min. Partition design of assistant elevator was put forward according to the main hazard of using the elevators. Promotion measures on aspects of fire proof, smoke control, water resist, electric supply and emergency plan was put forward too.
