摘要
为确定某旧闸是采取"拆除重建"还是"加固修复"的方案,结合相关规范,利用现场检测得到有关参数,通过非线性有限单元法,对该闸进行结构稳定性分析及安全性研究。计算结果表明各工况下闸底板和闸墩混凝土都能满足强度要求,桩基平均受力远小于规范的允许承载力,只有少数木桩受力略大于允许承载力,但仍小于规范的极限承载力,且土基也都满足承载力要求;在考虑桩基与闸底板之间的抗剪强度情况下,闸室具有足够的安全度。基于以上研究成果,提出"加固修复"的建议,节约了工程投资。该闸为具有70余年的松木桩基础,研究结果具有较好的借鉴意义。
In order to make a choice between "demolition and reconstruction" and "reinforcement and restora tion" on an used sluice, combining with relevant codes, based on relevant parameters from field testing, structure stability analysis and safety research are taken, by means of the nonlinear finite element method. The results show that the sluice slab and the pier concrete of each condition can meet the strength requirements, the average pile bearing load is much smaller than the standard allowable load, only a few piles bearing capacity is slightly larger than the allowable load, but still less than the normative limit load, and soil foundation can meet the requirements of bearing capacity. If shear strength case between pile foundation and sluice base plate is considered, the sluice chamber has enough safety degree. Based on the research achievements of this paper, finally, the plan of "rein forcement and restoration" will be selected, which can save project investment. The sluice has pine pile foundation of 70 years old. The results also have a good reference.
