摘要
多路温度测量控制和报警系统广泛用于锅炉、烘箱、恒温等装置中。首先设计总体方案,绘制系统框图,用温度传感器将温度信号转化成电流信号,经精密运放变换成与温度成线性关系的电压信号;用模拟开关CD4051实现信号路数选择;用模拟可编程器件ispPAC20实现温度控制及报警电路;用数字可编程器件EPM7128外接数码管实现温度测量显示。结果显示:该系统灵活性强,能实现0~150℃温度测量控制和报警,工作稳定可靠。
Multi-channel temperature measurement control and alarm systems are widely used in boilers, ovens thermostats and other devices. In this paper, the design of a novel multi-channel temperature measurement control and alarm system was introduced. First,the overall program design,and the system diagram was drawn. A temperature sensor was used to transform temperature signals into current signals which were further changed into a linear relationship with voltage signals through precision op amp. The analog switch CD4051 is used to achieve signal selection, the analog programmable device ispPAC20 is used to achieve realize temperature control and alarm circuit, and the digital programmable device EPMT128 external digital display adopted to measure and display the temperature. Practical results indicate that the system is flexible, stable, and able to measure,control and alarm tem0peratures in the range of 0 to 150 degrees Celsius.
