微波消解-等离子体原子发射光谱法测定3种铅锌矿物中的10种组分 被引量:4

摘要 铅矿、铅精矿、铅锌矿经混合酸(HCl+HNO3+HF)在高压密闭容器中微波消解后,通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定样品中的Zn、CaO、Na2O、MnO、MgO、As、Cu、Cd、Al2O3、K2O共10种组分。最佳仪器工作条件为:功率1.3kW,等离子体气流量15ml/min,辅助气流量0.2ml/min,样品提升量1.5ml/min。各元素相关系数均大于0.9991,回收率91.3%~109.7%。 Lead ore,lead concentrates and lead-zinc ore were prepared by microwave assisted digestion in a pressurized vessel mixed with HCI, HNO3 and HF. Ten components in sample solution including zinc, calcium oxide, sodium, hydroxide, manganese oxide, magnesiumoxide, arsenic, copper, cadmium, alumina and potassium hydroxide were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The optimum working conditions of the instrument was obtained. The powder was 1.3 kW. The plasma gas flow rate was 15 mL/min. The auxiliary gas flow rate was 0.2 mL/min. The sample uptake amount was 1.5 mL/min. The correlation coefficient of all elements was over 0. 9991 and the recovery rate was 91.3 %-109.7%.
