摘要 超声红外热波技术是一种新型无损检测技术,对金属试件疲劳裂纹、复合材料冲击损伤等缺陷具有良好的检测效果。简述了超声红外热波检测技术的基本原理及特点,然后从试验研究、理论研究和缺陷识别等方面归纳了该技术的国内外研究现状,最后针对现有研究中存在的不足,指出了相应的对策与建议。 Ultrasonic infrared imaging technology is a novel NDE technique, which performs well for material internal defect detection such as metal fatigue crack, composite material impact damage and adhesion and so on. This paper briefly depicted the basic principles and characteristics of ultrasonic IR thermal wave, then summarized research situation at home and abroad, and it finally pointed out deficiencies in the existing research and measures in future development.
