摘要
通过在多台300 MW汽包炉机组上对控制策略的优化以及对给水、功率调节中控制难点的处理,实现了汽包炉MFT后快减负荷及自动恢复。多次动作结果表明,整个自动恢复过程仅需7 min左右,期间机组主要参数均能维持在安全范围内。
Fast cutback and reset after MFT has been achieved through control strategy optimization and treatment of control difficulties in water supply and load regulation system on several 300MW steam drum boiler units. Several action results indicate that the whole automatic reset process only takes about 7 minutes, during which the main parameters of units maintain in the safe range.
