摘要
目的:探讨金霉素眼膏预防股静脉置管伤口感染的疗效。方法:选取128例股静脉穿刺置管进行血浆置换治疗的患者,分成对照组及观察组,对照组只作一般护理,观察组在一般护理的基础上联合金霉素眼膏外涂伤口,观察两组患者感染发生率。结果:对照组的感染率为23.94%,观察组为8.77%,两者有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸金霉素眼膏有效防止股静脉置管伤口的感染。
Objective： To explore the effect of aureomycin eye ointment in preventing wound infection after femoral vein catheter insertion.Methods： 128 cases with femoral vein catheterization for plasmapheresis were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with general nursing,and the observation group was added with aureomycin eye ointment.The infection rate in the two groups was observed and analyzed.Results： There was significant difference in the infection rate between the control group and the observation group（23.94% vs 8.77%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Aureomycin eye ointment is effective in preventing wound infection after femoral vein catheter insertion.
