摘要
目的:探讨土黄连溶液联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法:土黄连溶液联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用治疗婴儿湿疹108例,与单用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用治疗婴儿湿疹104例比较,分析疗效。结果:联合治疗组有效率为92.6%,单用丁酸氢化可的松组有效率为63.5%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);联合治疗者不良反应较低。结论:土黄连溶液联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用治疗婴儿湿疹方法简便,安全有效。
Objective： To investigate the curative effect and safety of natural coptis chinensis solution combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream in treating infantile eczema.Methods： 108 cases of infantile eczema were treated by natural coptis chinensis solution combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream;104 cases of infantile eczema were treated by hydrocortisone butyrate cream.The curative effects of the therapies were compared and analyzed.Results： The effective rate of the combined treatment group was 92.6%,hydrocortisone butyrate group alone was 63.5%,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Adverse reaction of the combined treatment was lower.Conclusion： Natural coptis chinensis solution combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream is simple,safe and effective in the treatment of infantile eczema.
