摘要
理想信念教育在大学生思想政治教育工作中,具有核心的地位和"灵魂"的作用。大学生个人理想信念教育是高校理想信念教育工作的基础和着力点。通过调查发现,大学生个人生活理想方面,呈现"高期望,轻行动"的矛盾状态;职业理想方面,大学生表现出对未来就业的担忧,并努力为此做好准备,整体呈现较为积极的状态;人格理想方面,价值观念较为混乱,且受到多元因素的影响,教育引导难度较大。
Ideal and belief education is the core of college students＇ ideological and political education work. The education of individual ideal is the basis of ideal and belief education in colleges and universities. On the basis of investigation data, the author summarized some features of the college students in livelihood, profession, and personality. In livelihood, it is paradoxical that they take high expectation but failed in action. On professional ide- als, they are worried about employment, so they can make good preparations for future. On the personality ideal, the values of college students is complicated, and is easily affected by multiple factors, and is difficult to guide.
