摘要
用圆滤纸片法测定了壳聚糖对大肠杆菌的抑制效果 ,在此基础上对实验结果进行了统计分析 ,证明壳聚糖对大肠杆菌的抑制作用达到极显著差异 ,当壳聚糖浓度为 1 .2 %时其抑制作用最佳 ,壳聚糖对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度 Mic=0 .1 %
With the help of statistical analysis, the paper studied inhibitory effect of chitosan on escherichia coli, using methods of circular fiter paper. The results show: inhibitory effect of chitosan on escherichia coli reaches extremely marked difference. When conertration of chitosan is 1.2%, antiticrobial effect is optimums. Mic=0.1%.
