摘要
叙述了差动螺管型电感式位移传感器的计算机辅助设计方法,推导了传感器的数学模型,给出了计算机程序框图,并举实例说明了辅助设计方法,从而得出最佳设计参数。
The CAD method of a spiral inductive diffe-rential transducer is described. The methematic model of the transducer is derived and the pro-gram flowchart is given. The computer aided design(CAD)method is presented with practic-al examples for obtaining optimal parameters.
