摘要
中国龙州糖厂+越南下琅蔗农的跨境农业产业化,是在边民的先导下,在广西龙州县政府与越南下琅县政府合作推动下发展起来的。论文分析了边境跨国地方政府合作的机理,认为跨境地方政府合作有助于促进边境地区经济增长、社会发展和企业经济效益、人民生活水平提高,在此基础上,提出了进一步推进中越跨境农业产业化的政策建议。
The development of cross-border agricultural industrialization of China Longzhou sugar refinery and Viet Nam＇ s sugarcane grower, is under the leading of the inhabitants, and the cooperation between the Government of Longzhou County in Guangxi and Viet Nam enamel. This paper analyzes the mechanism of transnational border local government cooperation. Then it makes the conclusion that cross-border local government cooperation will help to pro- mote economic growth, social develooment and enterorise efficiency and improvement in living standards of the people.
