摘要
通过实验测试方法识别噪声源,确定降噪中心频率,针对中心频率进行降噪改进。采用有限元数值模拟的方法对改进前后的进气系统进行声学性能评价,以及流场特性分析。实际制造后进行实验测试,测试结果与仿真分析结果吻合较好,验证了设计结论。
The experimental test method has been used to identify the noise sources, and determine the noise center frequency which used to improve the noise reduction. The finite element numerical simulation has been adopted to analyze the acoustics performance and flow field characteristics of the improved and original intake system. The test result of actual manufacture fits the simulation result well and verifies the conclusion of the design.
