摘要 根据模态相似原则建立某轻卡简化的驾驶室有限元模型。在此基础上建立驾驶室声固耦合模型,利用声学模态验证了模型的正确性。确定发动机为驾驶室振动的激振源之一,在完成模态分析的有限元模型基础之上,进行频率响应分析,研究驾驶室在发动机激振频率下,室内声学环境的变化过程,提取主要节点的计算结果,做相应分析,对室内声学特性改善提出意见和建议。 Based on the principle of bearing similar modes with vehicle, the simplified FE model of a light truck cab is built. A structure-acoustic coupling model of the cab is built with the FE model, and it is validated with an acoustic modal test.Determining the engine as one of the excitation sources to the cab vibration.Executing the frequency response analysis based on the completion of the modal analysis and studying the process of the indoor acoustic environment's diversification.By appropriate analysis with the main nodes information extracting from the calculation results, some comments and suggestions will be given to improve the interior acoustic characteristics.
