摘要
为了查明增压风机空心传动轴断裂失效的原因,对断轴进行宏观、微观和理化检验分析,发现轴镶套法兰焊缝存在未焊透与未熔合问题,在风机运行产生的启动传动扭矩及振动的共同作用下,裂纹在未熔合处萌生并不断扩大,以至空心传动轴断裂破坏。为避免裂纹产生,从设计、焊接方法等方面提出建议。
In order to find the reason of fracture failure of hollow transmission shaft in boost fan, macroscopic, microcosmic, physical and chemical tests of the shaft has been made. It is found that there exists incomplete welding and nonfusion welding problems at the welding seam of the nesting flange of the shaft, which lead to the generation and expansion of crack under the common actions of startup transmission torque and vibration generated by the fan, and finally lead to the shaft fracture failure. In order to avoid the generation of crack suggestions on the design and welding method are proposed.
