摘要
根据广西电网调度运行、水电经济调度等业务需求,充分利用广西、贵州及云南区域集雨区较密集布设自动气象监测条件,采用GIS数字地形分析技术对各流域梯级水电厂区间及行政区域分区,实现分区逐小时面雨量、温度及湿度精细化监测和定量降雨预报,集成广西、贵州及云南降雨预报产品,建立中短期定量降雨预报和强降雨预报模型,实现对广西电网各流域及行政分区的精细化气象监测及预报。
In order to satisfy the business demand of dispatching operation and hydropower economic dispatching in Guangxi power grid, the hourly precise monitoring of surface rainfall, temperature and humidity and the quantitative forecast of rainfall are realized by the application of GIS digital landform analysis technology on the region division of cascade hydropower plants of different drainage areas and administrative districts,and by using the condition of automatic weather monitoring system set in intensive raining areas in Guangxi, Guizhou and Yunnan. Products of rainfall forecast in Guangxi, Guizhou and Yunnan are integrated, and models of middle and short-term quantitative rainfall forecast and strong rainfall forecast are established, which realize the precise weather monitoring and forecast of different drainage areas and administrative districts in Guangxi power grid.
