摘要
结合两种脉冲调制的特点,设计一种新型的新能源汽车用降压DC/DC变换器,提高了全负载情况下的效率,并进行多种低功耗设计,特别优化了轻负载时效率。对IGBT模块进行了零电流关断保护设计,控制器的PWM采用自反馈PID控制,PFM采用电压反馈控制,最大电流高达50 A。
Based on the characteristics of PWM, a new reduction voltage DC/DC convertor for new energy vehicle has been designed to enhance the efficiency under full load. Several low power designs have been done to optimize the efficiency under light load. The zero-current switching protection is designed to the IGBT module, the PWM of the controller is adopted self-feedback PID control, the PFM is adopted voltage feedback control, and the maximum current goes up to 50A.
