摘要 针对泡沫圆筒热应力问题,基于各向同性假设的等效力学方法,求得圆筒的弹性模量和泊松比,采用位移法推导了轴对称平面应变情况下,泡沫圆筒的热应力解析解,得到了径向应力和切向应力沿圆筒径向的变化规律。采用ABAQUS有限元软件进行数值模拟,对比分析了解析解和数值解的结果,发现两者的吻合程度令人满意,说明解析结果可信。研究了泡沫圆筒轴向摩擦力与外径、外表面增温之间的变化规律,为泡沫圆筒的设计提供参考。 The thermal stress of hollow foamed cylinder was studied. The Young' s modulus and Poisson' s ratio of foamed material were obtained on the basis of isotropic hypothesis. Then the analytical solutions of the thermal stress for hollow foamed cylinder were deduced for the axisymmetric plane strain problem by using displacement method. Also the variation rules of radial stress and tangential stress along the radial of cylinder were found. Comparisons of stress distribution show excellent agreement between analytical solutions and numerical solutions obtained by finite element software ABAQUS. It indicates that the method is efficient. The variation rules of hollow foamed cylinder' s axisymmetric friction, external diameter and external surface increasing temperature were analyzed. It provides references for designing hollow foamed cylinder structure.
