摘要
采用硫化钠-重金属捕集剂组合处理酸性含镍废水,研究了药剂的加入量、反应时间、pH值和加药方式对废水中Ni 2+的去除率的影响。结果表明:在反应时间超过30min,硫化钠和重金属捕集剂按理论量投加,pH值大于4,先投加组合药剂再用NaOH调节pH值的条件下,出水中Ni2+的质量浓度达到国家排放标准,渣中镍的质量分数大于14%,具有回收价值,且处理过程中无H2S气体溢出,可以实现工业酸性含镍废水的资源化、无害化处理。
The acid wastewater containing nickel was treated by a combination of sodium sulfide and heavy metal trapping agent. The effects of chemicals dosage, reaction time, pH value and dosing way on the removal rate of the nickel ions in the wastewater were investigated. The results show that when reaction time is over 30 minutes, sodium sulfide and trapping agent added according to theoretical quantity, phi4, the combined chemicals added first, then pH adjusted by NaOH, the mass concentration of the nickel ions in effluent meets the national discharge standard, the nickel content in the residue is above 14 with a recovery value and no overflow of H2S is detected in the treatment process. Thus, a harmless resource recovery treatment of industrial acidic wastewater containing nickel can be realized.
