摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,贪腐现象日益严重,贪腐官员外逃案件一再发生。虽然我国不断加强打击力度,但这种现象依旧屡见不鲜,甚至愈演愈烈,极大的影响了我国的社会建设和国际形象。我国公职人员出入境管理制度和金融监管制度存在严重漏洞,反腐工作在制度层面需进行有针对性的改革与完善。
With the rapid development of our economy, corruption is becoming increasingly serious. Corrupt officials fleeing case occurred repeatedly. Although our country has strengthened the bolw strength, but the phenom- enon of fleeing is still often seen, even intensified. By the way of analising our country＇s vulnerabilities of the public service personnel entry and exit management system and financial supervision system, this article can make a theo- retical exploration of the anti-corruption work in the system level.
