摘要
介绍某办公楼由于设计时地基基础处理不当,导致建筑整体结构出现严重倾斜,存在安全隐患。为使办公楼恢复正常使用,结合场地地质条件,采用水冲掏土迫降纠倾设计方案。
Because the designer adopted unsuitable ground and foundation treatment method, the overall structure of the building became leaning seriously. So it is dangerous. The scheme of forced settlement rectifying deviation.by water flushing digging was employed after con- cerning the geologic site condition for sake of safety.
