Influence of carbon promoter on the performance of titanium dioxide support

摘要 TiO2是柴油加氢脱硫催化剂研究中的优良载体,通过碳助剂对催化剂的修饰,可提高催化剂的侧压强度和吸附性能。介绍采用高分子化合物与TiO2复合载体的研究,尤其是环氧树脂等作为碳助剂对TiO2载体的研究,结果表明,质量分数5%的环氧树脂对提高载体的侧压强度和吸附性能效果较好。 Titanium dioxide ( TiO2 ) is an excellent support for diesel hydrodesulphurization catalyst. When the catalysts are modified by carbon promoters (C) , both the compressive strength and absorption property of the catalysts can be improved. The researches on composite support made from high molecular weight compound (C) and TiO2, with focus on using epoxy resin as the carbon promoter were introduced. The results showed that epoxy resin of 5% (mass fraction) had outstanding effect on improving the compres- sive strength and absorption property of the support.
