摘要
采用正硅酸乙酯对工业氧化铝载体进行改性,之后用于制备钯催化剂并应用于丙酮缩合制备甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)反应。结果表明,硅含量为1%时,丙酮转化率最高,随着硅含量增加,MIBK选择性逐渐升高,但硅含量高于5%时,选择性反而降低。
Supported Pd - catalysts carried on alumina modified by tetraethyl orthosilicate are used as cat- alysts in condensation of acetone to methyl isobutyl ketone. The result shows that when Si content is 1% , the convention of acetone reached the maximum and the MIBK selectivity becomes higher with the in- crease of Si content. But when Si content is more than 5 %, it has the poorer selectivity.
