摘要
该文概述了我国老人与残疾人的现状和发展趋势；指出他们心理和生理方面的特殊困难和需求。借鉴国外无障碍环境设计的经验，初步探讨适合老人和残疾人环境设计的几个方面。
This paper discusses the status quo and tendency of elderly and disabled in China, Analyzes their special difficulty and requirement, use the experience of other countries for reference in barrier-free environment design, make a preliminary a pproach to design of environment, Which is suitable for elderly and disabled.
