摘要
在巴德老化条件下,研究加氢变压器油在老化过程中的C族组成变化及油质的老化对运动粘度等理化性能的影响,探讨理化性能与C族组成变化的关系。结果表明:在巴德老化条件下,加氢变压器油的环烷烃组分、界面张力、运动粘度及介质损耗因数出现拐点的时间一致,加氢变压器油的理化性能和电气性能参数之间相互关联,与变压器油的C族组成存在密切的关系。
The carbon group composition variation of hydrogenated transformer oil in the aging process and the effect of transformer oil aging on the physicochemical properties were studied under Baader aging condition; and the relationships between the physicochemical properties and carbon group composition variation were discussed. The results show that under Baader aging condition, the inflection points of the cycloalkane composition, interfacial tension, kinematic viscosity and dielectric loss factor of the hydrogenated transformer oil appear almost at the same time. The physicochemical properties and electrical performance parameters correlate and have close relation with the carbon group composition.
