活性炭负载磷钨酸催化合成N-混杂卟啉衍生物

Catalytic synthesis of N-confused porphyrin derivatives by tungstophosphoric acid supported on activated carbon

摘要 为拓展N-混杂卟啉的3-C位的衍生化反应,在50%磷钨酸/活性炭催化剂存在下,研究活泼亚甲基化合物米氏酸,环戊酮米氏酸和4-羟基香豆素与N-混杂卟啉在室温下的反应,并以70%~80%的收率得到了一系列新的3位取代的N-混杂卟啉衍生物. To expand derivative reaction with the 3 - C position of N - confused porphyrin, the reaction of active methylene compounds such as 2,2 - dimethyl - 1,3 - dioxane - 4,6 - dione, 6,10 - dioxaspiro[4.5 ] decane -7,9 -dione,-4 -hydroxy- 2H- chromen- 2- one and N- confused porphyrin at room temperature was studied, which afforded a novel series of N - confused porphyrin derivatives with 3 - C substituted position in good yield (70 - 80% ) in the presence of tungstophosphoric acid (50%)/activated carbon catalyst.
