摘要
保证项目施工质量、施工进度、施工安全和利润最大化是施工企业的管理目的。根据施工现场实际情况并结合施工项目特点,对施工项目质量、进度、安全管理措施及其应用进行了研究,尽量做到以预防为主,把工程质量、进度、安全控制从事后检查转向事前控制、事中控制,从对工程质量的检查转向对工作质量的检查,对工序质量的检查,对中间产品的质量检查;要求在保证质量和安全的前提下,尽量缩短工期,进而将成本控制在最低。
Ensuring the safe quality, smooth forwarding schedule and safety construction of construction projects, pursuing maximum profit are management purposes of construction enterprises.According to the actual situation of the construction site and combining the characteristics of construction projects, studying on the quality, schedule and safety management measures and application of construction projects, in order to as far as possible prevent principles are regarded main; engineering quality, schedule and safety controlling be changed from after checked to before and during construction controlling, projects quality checking was changed to work quality, schedule, and semi finished products directly checked; requiring as far as possible shorten work a period under the premise of the assurance quality and safety, cost controlling at lowest.
