摘要
采用气相色谱一质谱联用法对十味香鹿胶囊的挥发油成分进行分析。采用2010年版《中国药典》挥发油测定法对十味香鹿胶囊挥发油进行提取,以毛细管柱进行分析,面积归一化法测定百分含量,并对其化学成分进行鉴定。色谱柱为Agilent19091M-436型弹性石英毛细管色谱柱(O.25mm×30m,0.25μm);程序升温:60℃,以100C/min升至280℃,保持12min。进样口温度为280℃。质谱条件:EI离子源,电子能量70eV,离子源温度230℃;扫描范围20—500amu。共检出33个化合物,鉴定出其中的22个化学成分,相对含量超过5%的成分有棕榈酸(54.107%)、顺-9-十八烯酸甲酯(8.092%)、反-9-十八碳烯酸(7.285%)、(Z,Z)-9,12-十八碳二烯酸(6.026%)、9-反十六碳烯酸甲酯(5.456%),同时鉴定出具有镇痛作用的丁香酚甲醚(0.172%)。十味香鹿胶囊中挥发油成分主要包含棕榈酸、烯酸以及烯酸甲酯类成分等。
To analyze the volatile oil components from Shiwei Xianglu Capsule by GC - MS. The volatile oil components were extracted and iso-lated with steam distillation method according to ChP(2010). The chemical compositions were separated by GC capillary column chromatogra-phy,and the relative contents were analyzed by GC-MS.The GC - MS analysis with an Agilent 19091M- 436 capillary column (O.25mm×30m,0.25μm) ;The inlet temperature was maintained at 280 .The column oven was begun at 60 ,then programmed from 60 to 280℃ at 10/min, held for 12 min. Mass spectrometer conditions were: ionization mode, EI; electron energy 70eV;Ion source temperature 230. The mass selective detector was operated in the TIC mode, mass scan range, 20 - 500 amu. 33 compounds were detected and 22 compounds of them were identified. And the compounds that the relative contents were more than 5 % were Methyl hexadec - 9 - enoate(5.456% ), palmitic acid (54.107 % ), ( Z ) - 9 - Octadecenoic acid methyl ester ( 8.092 % ), ( Z, Z) - 9.12 - Octadecadienoic acid ( 6.026 % ), ( E ) - 9 - Octade - cenoic acid(7.285% ).The main components in the oil were palrnfi'tic acid, olefine acid,ene acid methyl ester.
