According to the different shrinkage of different bulked polyester filaments at the same temperature,this paper develops the Li Fei Rong fabric on the 2+2 large diameter double circular weft knitting machine by using the double-ply bulked polyester DTY of 16.7 tex/288 f and double-ply half-delustered flat polyester filament FDY of 16.7 tex /72 f as face yarns and the double-ply lowelastic polyester of 16.7 tex/48 f as ground yarn.It introduces in detail the technological parameters and key points of raw material selection,knitting technology,dyeing and finishing and product specifications as well.The Li Fei Rong fabric bears special styles and strong 3D effect,bulkiness,lightness and softness of the pile face,which is the ideal fabric for production of toys,garments and beddings.
