摘要
根据目前国内公交车载实时监控技术发展的现状,从应用的角度出发设计出一种基于3G网络和嵌入式技术的车载视频监控系统。将嵌入式技术、网络、视频压缩技术相结合,采用海思Hi3515为主控芯片,移植实时的嵌入式Linux操作系统,采用H.264视频压缩技术,通过3G无线网络对数据进行传输和管理。实验结果证实所提出的车载视频监控系统具有合理性和可行性。
According to current domestic public transport vehicle real-time monitoring technology development situation,from the application angle,a 3G network and embedded technology based vehicle video monitoring system is designed.The design integrates the embedding technology,network and video compression technology together,takes Hi3515 as the controller chip,transplants the real-time embedded Linux operating system,and uses H.264 video compression technology to transmit and manage data through 3G wireless networks.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed vehicle video monitoring system bears rationality and feasibility.
