摘要
中西方文化的差异,决定了西方外显的自我表现意识在中国文化氛围下的人际交互过程中难以被接受,这就使研究中国情境下的人际交互规律显得尤为重要。以中国传统文化对人格心理的塑造作为分析的基点,提出了以"含而不露"为自我表现的基本要求,并就其与他人认可程度之间的关系进行了探讨,进而分析了传统文化背景下人际互动的循环往复感应过程,在此基础上提炼了以"不报而报"、"居上先施"、"强恕而行"为特征的互动感应原则,并从"因果互存"、"感应同质"、"应感放大"、"感应时效"四个维度总结了互动感应的基本规律,从而为从传统文化背景下研究人际交互规律开辟了新的视野。
Due to the cultural differences between the east and the west, the explicit self-expression of the western culture is hard to be accepted in the interpersonal interactions in Chinese context. This makes it im- portant to explore the law governing the interpersonal interactions with Chinese people. After analyzing the shaping effect of Chinese traditional culture on personality, the paper identifies ＂knowing but not showing＂ as the basic requirement of self-expression for Chinese people and explores its effect on the interpersonal relation- ship. On the basis of a detailed analysis of the process of interpersonal interactions, the paper formulates a principle of interpersonal interaction （ characterized by ＂offering with no intention of receiving＂, ＂the superior first showing good will＂, and ＂being tolerant without subservience＂ ） and the basic law governing interpersonal interactions from four different dimensions （ i. e. ＂the coexistence of cause and effect＂, ＂the homogeneity be- tween issuing and responding＂, ＂the amplification of both issuing and responding＂, and ＂the cycling between issuing and responding＂ ）. All this will broaden the horizon for the study on interpersonal interactions against the background of Chinese traditional culture.
