摘要
为了改变新义矿12041工作面运输巷道掘进时突出危险性高、巷道掘进困难、掘进速度缓慢的现状,根据工作面地质条件,结合矿井瓦斯防治理论,提出工作面区域防突及局部防突相结合的综合防突技术,并进行了现场试验。试验结果表明:综合防突技术能使运输巷道掘进面及两帮煤体的集中应力向深部转移,煤体裂隙增多,煤体内的瓦斯能量得到有效释放,消除或降低巷道掘进时煤体突出的危险性,有效降低了瓦斯超限几率,提高了巷道掘进速度。
In order to change the status quo of high outburst danger, difficult and slow driving in haulage roadway tunneling in 12041 face in Xinyi Mine, the paper puts forward the integrated outburst-prevention technology which combines the working face regional outburst-pre- vention with the partial outburst-prevention, basing on the working face geological condition and mine gas prevention theory, and does a in-situ test. The test results show that the integrated outburst-prevention technology makes the concentrated stress of the haulage roadway tunneling face and the two sides? coal move to the deep area, and increase the fissures in coal body, which will make gas energy release effectively, and eliminate or reduce the coal outburst danger in tunneling, so the gas overrun rate is effectively reduced, and tunneling speed is improved.
