摘要 TH-907为一种无磷缓蚀阻垢剂,对汉邦石化有限公司循环冷却水进行静态阻垢试验、旋转挂片腐蚀试验和动态模拟试验。结果表明,补充水的药剂投加量为15 mg/L,浓缩倍数为4.0时,阻垢率达90%以上,TH-907对碳钢、不锈钢材质都有较好的缓蚀效果,各项指标均符合GB50050-2007《工业循环冷却水设计规范》标准,并且药品不含磷,有效避免了磷在水中富营养化的问题。 TH-907 is a non-phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitor.Using it,we did the rotation coupon corrosion test,dynamic simulation test and static scale inhibition test on circulating cooling water of Hanbang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,Results indicated that when the chemical dosage in feeding water was 15 mg/L and the cycle of concentration was 4.0,the inhibition rate can reach as high as 90 % above.TH-907 had good inhibition effect on carbon steel and stainless steel.It met GB 50050-2007 industrial circulating cooling water design standard.And it did not contain phosphorus.So it can effectively avoid the eutrophication phosphorus in water.
