摘要
首先对声发射信号进行小波变换信号去噪,通过巴特沃斯滤波器进行信号连续处理。对连续信号进行阈值比较,然后逆向寻找最大值以成第一波峰点。以第一波峰到达传感器的时间作为故障定位的依据。实验结果表明,该方法可以有效去除干扰,定位精度优于Gabor变换定位方法。
The acoustic emission signal is wavelet transformed to remove the noises and then dealt with Butterworth filter. It is compared with a threshold voltage to find the maximum as the first peak. The time that the sensor reaches the peak is then taken as the point to position the fault. The experimental results show that the method can effectively check the noises and the position accuracy is higher than that of the Gahor method.
