摘要
利用两轮联动,带动曲柄滑块机构进行往复运动。通过电机驱动调整轮转动,修正滑块运动速度,实现了光栅刻划机刀架的等速运动。推导了任意时刻调整轮所需转动角度的计算公式,并对计算结果进行修正。最后,分析计算了电机控制精度,得出了电机所需输出的转矩,两轮转动的同步精度等。通过分析,当电机反应时间为70ms时,滑块等速误差最大为2.779%。
Slider-crank mechanism with reciprocating motion is drove by the two-wheel system. The slider speed is adjusted through a regulated motor to realize the uniform motion of the tool carriage on the grating ruling machine. The equations for the rotation adjustment at any time are obtained, and the then corrected. We analyze the accuracy of the motor control to get the required motor output torque and the synchronization-accuracy for the two wheels. When the motor reaction time is 70 ms, the maximum constant velocity error of the slider is 2. 779%.
