运用网络传输管理，减少成本费用。灵活运用网络系统资源提高填票工作效率及数据的规范化。通过系统控制降低填票失误率。
Adopting the network transmission management would reduce the costs. Flexible using of the network would improve the order efficiency and data standardization. It was able to reduce the order muff rate through system control.
