摘要
半挂车车架不仅承受着自身和所装载货物的重力,而且还要承受通过悬架传递的来自地面的各种力和力矩的作用,因此,它是一个承受复杂载荷的半挂车核心部件。由于传统的设计方法存在费时费力和效率低下的问题,不仅难以综合考虑各种参数匹配的问题,而且难以实现设计的重用,我们通过基于UG的快速设计系统实现用户需求和产品的关联,以及各种参数的最佳综合与匹配,从而实现了半挂车车架的智能化、高效化和最优化的设计,对于半挂车车架的系列化、轻量化和专业化的设计具有重要的应用价值。
The semi-trailer frame not only bears the gravity of itself and ttte toaa,out also oears a variety of the load and torque from the ground through the hanger bracket.Therefore ,it is a complicated and core component.Since the traditional design methods are time-consuming and inefficient, it is difficult to consider extensively the influence of all kinds of parameters, so we propose a method that can build up the connection between the users 'demands and the final products based on the rapid design system of UG,and the comprehensive and perfect matching of the various parameters ,then the intelligent,efficient ,and optimized design system of the semi-trailer frame is achieved.
