摘要
传统的杯突试验不适合具有不同厚度组合的激光拼焊板的性能参数测量。通过对传统的杯突试验模具进行改进,准确测出高强度钢激光拼焊板和母材的IE值,检验了它们适应拉胀成形的极限能力,分析胀形区域厚度、应变等分布情况,观察裂纹的起始位置和形状,从而评定激光焊接的质量。
Traditional bulge test is not suitable for the measurement of performance parame- ters of laser tailor-welded blanks (TWBs) with various combination of thickness. Through an improvement on the mould for the bulge test, the IE of high strength laser TWBs and the base metal can be measured accurately. The limit capacity of TWBs and the base met- al adapting to bulge forming was checked. Meanwhile, the thickness of bulging area and the distribution of strain were analyzed. The initial position and shape of crack were ob- served and the quality of laser welding can be evaluated.
