摘要
针对城镇圩区下垫面条件和排涝特点,以浙江省杭嘉湖平原地区为例,采用水量平衡法计算城镇圩区的排涝模数,利用多元回归分析法建立了圩区排涝模数与关键因子(水面率、地面硬化率)之间的定量关系。同时,建立费用现值最小模型并采用外罚函数法优选确定城镇圩区适宜的水面率。
In accordance with the conditions of underlying surface and drainage characteristics of urban diked area, the drainage modulus of urban diked area is calculated with water balance method by taking the region of Hangjiabu Plain in Zhejiang Province as a study case, and then the quantitative relationship between the drainage modulus of diked area and the key factors( water surface ratio and ground hardening rate)is established with multiple regression analysis. Simultaneously, a model of minimum present value of cost is established for determining the reasonable water surface ratio of the urban diked area with the optimization made by exterior penalty function method as well.
