摘要
目的:应用新的心理健康教育模式,提高男护生的心理健康水平。方法:对我院60名男护生应用知—信—行模式(KABP)进行健康教育实践,为期1年。应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)在教育前和教育后分别进行测试。结果:通过健康教育,男护生在强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑等方面的得分要显著低于教育前,与教育前比较,强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、恐惧、精神病之间有差异(P<0.05);焦虑、敌对、偏执有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:健康教育模式的实施,提高了男护生的心理健康水平。
Objective: To investigate the possibility of promoting mental health of male nursing students with new psychological education model. Methods: 60 male nursing students underwent psychological health education by knowledge-attitude-behavior.practice (KABP) model for one year. Self-rating symptom checklist (SCL-90) was used before and after education. Results: After mental health education, the male nursing students scored sigrfificanfly lower on cempulsion, intercourse, depression, and anxiety. As compared with self-rating score before education, students scored lower on compulsion, intercourse, depression, terror, and psyehopathy (p 〈 0.05) and significantly lower on anxiety, hostility, anti crankiness (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: Psychological education could improve mental health of male nursing students.
