中厚板生产的特点是批量小、规格多,因此坯料尺寸的设计对生产效率、成材率有着重要的影响。采用自动控制的方法进行快速准确的坯料设计是适应现代化中厚板生产的有效手段。通过分析中厚板厂的加热炉、轧机、冷床和剪切设备的参数并辅以计算机程序设计,可以实现坯料尺寸自动控制。
The medium and heavy plate production features small batch size, large specification range. The design of slab dimension has an important effect on the production efficiency and yield ratio. Effcient and accurate slab design in automaticmode is an effective way to suit the modem medium and heavy plate production. Automatic control of slab dimension can be achieved by means of analysis on the parameters of reheating furnace, plate mill, cooling bed and shears in medium and heavy plate rolling plant and computer programming.
