摘要
脱水困难是制约污泥处理与处置的重要技术难点。水热技术利用高温、高压的反应条件,使污泥中的微生物细胞破碎,从而释放出难于利用机械手段直接脱除的胞内水。开发了市政污泥水热处理系统,并在无锡建设了规模为10 t/d的污泥水热干化示范工程,至今已累计运行超过18个月。在160~180℃反应条件下,对比水热后的污泥机械脱水性能,发现在180℃下反应30min后,市政污泥可通过板框式压滤机直接脱水到37%左右,污泥减容超过70%。提取部分脱水泥饼至实际生活垃圾焚烧炉进行掺烧试验,以8%的比例掺烧,锅炉蒸发量提高了2.2%,HCl排放量减少约58.7%,SO2排放量减少了47.1%。一年半的运行结果证明,水热干化技术能有效提高污泥脱水性能,且系统运行效果稳定可靠,是一种低能耗的污泥干化方式。
Dewatering is a technical difficulty that restricts the treatment and disposal of sewage sludge. The hydrothermal technique can break the cells of the microorganisms and release the intracellu- lar fluid by exposing the sludge to high temperature and high pressure condition. A full-scale hydrothermal drying system with the capacity of 10 t/d in Wuxi City was constructed and has been in operation for over 18 months. The performance of the sludge mechanical dewatering rate before and after the implementation of hydrothermal approach was studied at 160 to 180 ℃ and with different reaction times. At 180 ℃and after 30 min of reaction with the hydrothermal approach, the sewage sludge could be dewatered by plate and flame filter press to sludge cake with 37% water content and 70% volume reduction. In the co-combustion tests of dewatered sludge cake with municipal solid waste, the increase of boiler evaporation production and the reduction of HC1 and SO2 emission were 2.2% , 58.7% , 47.1% respectively when the treated sludge cake was mixed in the ratio of 8%. The results showed that the dewatering performance of the municipal sewage sludge gy, and the cost and energy consumption of was enhanced significantly by hydrothermal drying technolosludge disposal were reduced accordingly.
