摘要
目的:研究沙门菌诱导小鼠产生肿瘤坏死因子。方法:将沙门菌SR-11分成两部分,一部分加热杀死,配成1×10^9cfu/鼠,称为死菌;另一部分活菌配成(5-6)×10^3cfu/鼠。结果:死菌注射后1小时,沙门菌抵抗鼠A/J在血清中产生大量的TFN-α;敏感鼠产生低剂量的TNF-α;腹水中出现低剂量的TNF-α。用活菌刺激小鼠仅在腹水中检出低剂量的TNF-α,血清中测不到。结论:用死菌刺激小鼠,会在血清中产生大量的TNF-α。
Objective:To study tumor necrosis factor (TNF) of mice induced by salmonellosis. Methods: Salmonellosis SR-11 were divided into two parts .The concentration of the dead bacteria is 109cfu/mice, the live bacteria 5-6 × 10^3cfu/mice. Results: One hour after injection salmonellosis-resist mice A/J could produce a great amount of TNF-α ; salmonellosis-sensitive mice could produce low level of TNF- α ; low level in peritoneal exudates. Only small amount of TNF- α in peritoneal exudates can be detected when the mice were stimulated by live bacteria. Conclusions: Great amount of TNF-α in serum can be detected after stimulated by dead bacteria..
