摘要
目的：探讨切开复位内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效观察。方法：将我院自2010年3月~2012年5月收治的跟骨骨折患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组给予手术切开复位内固定治疗,对照组给予闭合复位内固定治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者的优良率为100%,对照组患者的优良为66.67%,观察组疗效明显高于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：切开复位内固定治疗跟骨骨折的效果显著,结合早期功能锻炼,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。
