摘要
目的分析糖尿病肾病与血管紧张素Ⅱ相关性研究。方法 2006年5月至2009年10月收治糖尿病患者160例,随机分为三组,对所有患者进行血浆脂联素、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平的测定,以分析其相关性。结果统计分析显示,ADPN与血管紧张素Ⅱ呈负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 DN患者血浆ADPN水平与肾功能减退有关,提示血清ADPN升高可能是糖尿病肾病患者的内皮功能损害的原因之一。
Objective To analysis of diabetic nephropathy and angiotensin II related research.Methods The hospital in 2006May to 2009October,160 patients with diabetes,were randomly divided into three groups,all patients underwent plasma adiponectin,angiotensin II levels were determined,with analysis of their correlation.Results The statistical analysis showed that,ADPN and angiotensin II negatively associated（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion The patients with DN plasma ADPN level and renal function decreased,serum ADPN may be elevated in patients with diabetic nephropathy endothelial dysfunction is one of the reasons.
