胸腰段脊柱前路手术并发症的临床研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的正确选择胸腰椎爆裂骨折手术治疗方法,获最佳脊髓神经恢复和脊柱稳定,减少并发症。方法本组胸腰椎爆裂骨折前路手术28例,术前X线片、CT检查;术后1、2、3、6个月、1年摄片及部分CT检查,观察固定和减压效果。结果本组病例1例发生腹膜后乳糜液漏,1例切口疝,1例气胸,2例深静脉血栓栓塞。经过积极治疗,全部治愈。结论胸腰段脊柱前路手术并发症的发生大多数和术者对该段解剖知识、手术操作、认识程度和经验有关,可以避免或及早发现。
